Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design job descriptions and post job advertisements to attract candidates.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with company culture.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage candidate applications effectively.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions for internship and graduate recruitment.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company brand.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Psychology preferred
• Professional certifications in HR are an asset

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition or HR roles
