Job Description

As an Organizational Behavior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace environment. You will focus on enhancing employee engagement, improving organizational culture, and implementing effective change management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement surveys and analyze results to drive action plans.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to align employee engagement with business goals.
  • Support managers in developing effective communication strategies.
  • Design career development frameworks to promote internal mobility.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR teams on behavior-based practices.
  • Monitor and report on employee turnover rates and retention strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with employees to enhance workplace happiness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree is a definite advantage
Experience
  • Strong background in behavioral science with a focus on organizational effectiveness, at least 5 years
