Job Description

As an Inventory Clerk at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels in our Cape Town location. You will manage deliveries, assist in inventory audits, and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate. The right fit will be proactive, organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
  • Help prepare orders for dispatch and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding stock deliveries.
  • Assist in training junior inventory staff.
  • Maintain updated records of inventory movement.
  • Identify and report any issues with stock management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory accuracy.
  • Utilize inventory management software efficiently.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles
