Job Description

The Picker Tender plays a vital role in our warehouse by conducting manual picking and packing activities. With a keen eye for detail, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to our operational efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Support the training of new employees in warehouse practices.
• Maintain an understanding of all company products for better service delivery.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to promote an efficient workflow.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Physical fitness
• Basic competency with warehouse technology

Soft Skills

• Organizational skills
• Customer service orientation

Certifications

• Forklift license (preferred)
• Certification in manual handling techniques (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
