Job Description

We are in search of a Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote products effectively. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a positive shopping experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and respond to their needs.
• Conduct sales presentations highlighting product features.
• Support store operations through teamwork and collaboration.
• Track and report on sales metrics for performance improvement.
• Assist with product launches and promotional events.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation/Grade 12
• Diploma in Retail Management or Sales would be advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in retail and sales environments

Technical Skills

• Sales Strategies
• Inventory Management

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Bilingual candidates are preferred: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans.
• Experience with visual merchandising: Ability to create visually appealing displays in-store.
