Job Description

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Johannesburg who can manage our warehouse operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing inventory processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Implement health and safety policies within the warehouse.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance and productivity metrics.
• Train new employees on warehouse processes and safety protocols.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling initiatives.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or management

• Inventory Management

• Forklift Operator License
