Crate Maker

Job Description

In this role as a Crate Maker, you will be crafting high-quality wooden crates according to customer specifications. Attention to detail and precision are key as you work within a team to create customized solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and build crates that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Work closely with the design team to meet custom specifications.
• Ensure all tools are maintained and in good working condition.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Train new employees on safe tool operation and crate assembly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in woodworking or related field advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• CNC machinery operation
• Knowledge of wood properties

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Prior work experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
