Responsibilities

• Perform regular health screenings and assessments.
• Manage chronic diseases and lifestyle-related conditions.
• Offer advice on healthy living and preventive health measures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Address patient concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Provide consistent follow-up care and support.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Assist in the development of patient care policies.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualifications in family medicine is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
