Job Description

Join us as an Account Management Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Facilitate regular client review meetings to assess needs and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on account status for management.
  • Coordinate training for clients on new products or services.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions that benefit both parties.
  • Participate in the development of account strategies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client documentation.
  • Assist with market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles
