The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality in manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on key process performance indicators.
• Support the development of new products by ensuring manufacturability.
• Implement change management processes for new initiatives.
• Research and develop new technologies to enhance production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production areas.
• Prepare reports for management on process improvement outcomes.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide process feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes

• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
