Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect with a strong background in Urban Design to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will be involved in a variety of projects, ranging from residential communities to public spaces, ensuring sustainable and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional design abilities, strong technical skills, and the capability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple urban design projects simultaneously.
• Integrate sustainable design principles in all phases of the architectural process.
• Oversee the preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, and planners.
• Engage with community members to gather input on design proposals.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency.
• Evaluate completed projects for performance feedback and improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design is preferred
• Professional affiliation with recognized architectural bodies is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in urban planning or architecture

• 3D Modeling Software

Certifications
