• Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit through screening and interviews.
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate profiles and share insights with the recruitment team.
• Assist in the development of recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in recruitment and sourcing roles

Languages
