We're searching for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can take charge of our recruitment efforts in Johannesburg. You will leverage your skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. This role demands a proactive approach to sourcing talent and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and job descriptions.
  • Utilize social media and job boards to leverage outreach efforts.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Assist in implementing employer branding initiatives to attract candidates.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the agency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • Relevant qualifications in recruitment practices are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role
