Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Develop and implement training programs and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and modify as necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and online.
  • Maintain training records and reports on employee progress.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or HR training roles
