Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist where you will be instrumental in managing HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for HR and employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition process by sourcing candidates and managing job postings.
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes that align with company culture.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support where necessary.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for employees to improve skills and productivity.
  • Maintain HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends and recommend strategic HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and support managers in providing feedback.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field
