Job Description

We are on the lookout for an innovative E-learning Developer to contribute to our cutting-edge online education projects. This role will require strong technical skills in course development, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality educational content.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement interactive e-learning modules.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning material.
  • Maintain and update current online courses based on feedback.
  • Analyze user data to identify areas for improvement in e-learning offerings.
  • Assist in developing training materials for teachers and facilitators.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings to share updates and collaborate with team members.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for users of e-learning systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Education Technology, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in designing e-learning programs
