Job Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage various activities including planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor construction progress and manage site safety protocols.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address issues and mitigate risks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and changes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in senior construction management roles
