Construction Manager

Job Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage various activities including planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of construction projects to ensure that goals are accomplished.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to enhance project efficiency.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier performance and deliver feedback for future improvements.
• Ensure all team members are adequately trained and aware of safety regulations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable project terms and prices.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential project risks.
• Monitor construction schedules and make adjustments to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in senior construction management roles

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
