HR Generalist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will support our HR initiatives, enhance our company culture, and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Your expertise in managing HR functions will help foster a positive work environment and facilitate employee development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Conduct orientation for new employees, covering policies and benefits.
• Implement performance management strategies and systems.
• Support training programs to develop employee skills.
• Foster strong employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with periodic audits and HR metrics reporting.
• Provide guidance on employee compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in HR management is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years in HR generalist roles

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
