Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement. Your role will include developing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and providing guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are vital for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Assist clients in developing effective job postings.
• Analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote job openings.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding preparations.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment
