• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in HR.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and productivity.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.
• Benchmark HR practices against industry standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate relevant training.
• Engage in talent management and workforce planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience
