Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Physician to join our well-established healthcare team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions, as well as providing preventative care to our patients. With a focus on patient-centered service, you will work within a supportive environment to enhance patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and screenings.
• Order labs and imaging as necessary.
• Interpret results and communicate findings to patients.
• Assist with outpatient procedures if required.
• Contribute actively to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with healthcare regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Specialization in a specific field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
