Job Description

As a Travel Consultant, you will play an essential role in designing bespoke travel experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for booking flights, accommodations, and activities according to client preferences, all while providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in the travel industry will help clients explore their dream destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute travel arrangements based on client requests.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in the travel industry.
  • Assist with visa and passport procedures as needed.
  • Provide destination information and recommendations.
  • Utilize booking platforms to manage reservations efficiently.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services and offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or similar qualification
  • Advanced Diploma in Travel and Tourism is a distinct advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in travel consultancy
