Job Description

As an Attractions Associate, you will ensure guests have a fantastic experience at our venue. This includes operating rides, performing safety checks, and providing excellent customer service. Your role is crucial in creating memorable moments for our visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of rides and attractions.
• Conduct safety inspections before and after operating equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a fun environment.
• Assist in upselling food and merchandise.
• Be involved in special event activities as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and site policies.
• Efficiently handle guest complaints and provide solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Point-of-sale systems
• Amusement park ride control systems

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
