Job Description

As a Workforce Diversity Officer, you will be responsible for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. You’ll develop strategies to enhance our workplace culture, ensure compliance with government regulations, and advocate for underrepresented groups. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advocate for underrepresented groups within the organization.
  • Ensure the implementation of government regulations and compliance standards regarding diversity.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote diversity initiatives externally.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback on diversity efforts to drive improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles
