Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the HR budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with company goals.
  • Design and oversee employee wellness and health programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee performance management systems.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and improve job satisfaction.
  • Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
  • Stay current on labor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and support resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's in Human Resources or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management, specifically in a management role
