• Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
• Stay current on labor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and support resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
• Master's in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in HR management, specifically in a management role

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above
• Advanced HR Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in change management: Proven experience in managing organizational change initiatives effectively.
