Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Architect to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles and will be proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and to make a significant impact on the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality of work.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new projects.
  • Conduct thorough research on materials and construction methods.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
  • Coordinate with planning and zoning officials to secure necessary approvals.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • Professional registration as an Architect is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural practice
