Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a crucial role in our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, handling compliance matters, and contributing to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all recruitment efforts and ensure timely hiring for open positions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to boost employee performance.
  • Review and revise HR policies ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance to employees and management.
  • Drive performance management initiatives and coordinate feedback sessions.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and assist in employee benefits administration.
  • Enhance employee engagement through initiatives and feedback collection.
  • Assist with strategic HR planning and align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for future improvements.
  • Generate HR reports and present findings to the HR Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
