Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist in Pretoria, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Support the implementation of employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR strategy development and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
