Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Juvenile Probation Officers who are committed to guiding young offenders. You will assess individual needs, develop tailored rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with various professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our youth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the social history and current behaviour of probationers.
• Monitor compliance with court orders and probation conditions.
• Coordinate with various community resources for juvenile support.
• Engage families in the rehabilitation process.
• Create and execute interventions to prevent recidivism.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
• Review and adjust rehabilitation plans based on juveniles' progress.
• Attend training sessions and workshops for continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• Experience working with at-risk youth is preferred
