Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day HR functions. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring that our HR policies comply with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Implement HR strategies that support company goals and objectives.
• Advise on policies regarding diversity and inclusion practices.
• Create reports on HR metrics and trends.
• Provide administrative support for compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage employee records ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Experience

• 2-4 years of HR experience preferred

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
