HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day HR functions. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring that our HR policies comply with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Provide guidance to management on personnel issues and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on company policies and compliance.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Experience

• 2-4 years of HR experience preferred

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
