Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant legislation regarding equal employment opportunities. Your insights will help shape policies that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current policies and recommend changes to improve compliance with EEO laws.
  • Compile reports and documentation as required for compliance audits.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of EEO laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related questions and issues.
  • Work closely with the HR team to improve recruitment and retention strategies for diverse candidates.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EEO compliance
