Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead procurement, inventory management, and logistics strategies to enhance our overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including distribution and warehousing.
• Conduct regular supply chain audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any operational issues.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance for senior management.
• Lead training initiatives for staff on supply chain best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
