Responsibilities

• Create tailored travel packages based on client preferences and budgets.
• Provide expert advice on local customs, attractions, and travel tips to enhance the client experience.
• Utilise feedback to refine travel packages for better customer service.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and stakeholders in the travel industry.
• Evaluate and assess client satisfaction after travel experiences and provide follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create promotional material.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks including managing client databases and travel documents.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the hospitality or tourism sector
