Responsibilities

• Define event objectives and key deliverables in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate catering, entertainment, and other services as required.
• Develop creative concepts for events, including themes and decor.
• Ensure smooth communication among all team members and stakeholders.
• Manage on-site event staff and volunteers during events.
• Utilize planning software and tools to track event progress and details.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree in Event Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-profile event planning
