Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Guest Services Manager to lead our guest services team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring memorable guest experiences, managing daily operations, and fostering an environment of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all activities related to guest services, ensuring quality and comfort.
  • Implement innovative guest service practices to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest feedback proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with management to align guest services with overall business goals.
  • Monitor the performance of guest services staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Update and maintain guest service manuals and training materials.
  • Participate in community outreach to enhance hotel visibility.
  • Develop guest loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits.
  • Assist in managing staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in guest relations or hotel management
