Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative support team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to maintain database accuracy and manage data entry tasks efficiently. This role is vital to our operational success and requires individuals who are comfortable working with data and can handle duties such as updating records, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting ongoing administrative efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality checks on data entered into the system.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to fulfill administrative requirements.
  • Respond to data-related queries from team members promptly.
  • Assist in archiving old records and disposing of them securely.
  • Provide training to new staff on data entry procedures as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant data entry experience
