Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Woodworking Machine Setter and Operator to join our dedicated team. This role involves operating CNC machines to cut and shape wood products accurately according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various woodworking machinery and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machinery for wood products.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery as required.
• Maintain accurate records of production and equipment performance.
• Assist in training new operators and providing guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in CNC machinery operation

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in woodworking or CNC machine operation

Technical Skills

• CNC routers
• Wood types knowledge

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Flexibility to work overtime: Willingness to work additional hours during peak production periods.
• Previous experience in furniture manufacturing: Background in producing high-quality furniture components.
