Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will manage a variety of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be instrumental in driving our employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes.
  • Develop HR strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Assist in budget planning for HR initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and updated HR reporting and analytics.
  • Support organizational changes by managing communication and training.
  • Lead or participate in special HR projects as needed.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master’s degree in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR generalist roles
