Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, capable of managing projects from concept through completion. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement sustainable practices in design and execution.
  • Coordinate with environmental specialists for compliance.
  • Oversee contract management and negotiations.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Support the preparation of project bids and proposals.
  • Attend industry seminars and workshops to remain abreast of innovations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional registration (PrEng) is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
