Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge of HR best practices and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions.
  • Implement best practices in HR management and employee engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate HR practices and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing employee wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Organizational Development preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role
