Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance.
Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs.
Review HR processes and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with management on strategic planning.
Track and report HR metrics to senior leadership.
Organize team-building events and employee recognition programs.
Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or HR-related field
Master’s degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
5+ years in an HR generalist role, preferably within a corporate environment
