Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Lead community initiatives to promote health and wellness.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to individuals and families.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct workshops on mental health and community resources.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for holistic care.
• Advocate for policy changes that benefit the community.
• Document and report on client outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Supervise and train interns or junior staff as needed.
• Engage in continuous professional education and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Additional certifications in counseling or related fields are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of social work experience in community settings
