Job Description

As a Financial Planner based in Stellenbosch, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial futures of our clients. Utilizing your financial expertise, you will provide personalized financial advice, investment strategies, and create comprehensive financial plans. Your role will be vital in helping clients achieve their financial objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review financial situations and strategies.
• Research and recommend financial products that best meet client needs.
• Assist clients in navigating complex financial regulations and tax laws.
• Evaluate the performance of clients’ portfolios and suggest adjustments.
• Attend conferences and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and documentation.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and their financial plans.
• Utilize financial planning software and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior financial advisors.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure optimal financial security for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or a related field
