Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data using actuarial methodologies to assess risk.
• Develop pricing models for various insurance products.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Advise on risk mitigation strategies and financial trends.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to ensure best practices.
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and necessary changes.
• Provide guidance for regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and enhance existing actuarial processes.
• Implement software tools for enhanced data analysis.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and actuarial standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., ASSA, SOA) strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in actuarial roles, preferably within the insurance industry
