Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oyster Shucker to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expertly shucking oysters to order, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, and ensuring an unforgettable seafood experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Shuck oysters quickly and efficiently for orders.
  • Keep a well-organized workspace and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
  • Interact with guests about our oyster offerings and seafood menu.
  • Support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service.
  • Contribute to the overall aesthetics of food presentation.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required
  • Food Safety certification preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred

Advantageous
