The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Assist in training programs related to legal compliance.
• Support mergers and acquisitions processes, as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Law degree from a recognized institution
• Postgraduate qualification in corporate law is a plus

Experience

• Experience in the legal field with a focus on corporate law

Certifications
