Job Description

As a Chemical Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process of polyethylene products, ensuring that machinery operates smoothly and that quality standards are met. Your expertise will contribute to meeting production targets and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the machinery to ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure that raw materials are prepared and used efficiently.
  • Assist in the development of production schedules.
  • Keep workspace organized and practice good housekeeping.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Record and analyze production data for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
