Industrial Production Manager

Job Description

The Industrial Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing projects from planning to execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to timeline and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing project management from planning to execution.
• Conduct regular evaluations of production processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on project performance and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
• Mentor and guide team members in project execution best practices.
• Drive a culture of high performance and accountability within the team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives to enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
