We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee and improve the quality of our software products. In this role, you will conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and performance while collaborating with developers to implement fixes and enhancements. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute detailed test plans for software products.
• Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document testing processes and results to ensure compliance.
• Engage in ongoing learning to keep up with emerging testing methodologies.
• Ensure that all technical requirements are met before product launch.
• Review application logs and performance metrics to identify discrepancies.
• Provide training and guidance to junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Additional certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Certifications

• Quality Management Professional (QMP)
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile application testing: Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience in working within Agile development environments.
