Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional support and actively listen to customer needs.
  • Assist in process improvements for customer service operations.
  • Educate customers on product features and services.
  • Uphold company policies while delivering customer support.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric
  • Degree or diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call centre setting
